Beverage Cart Attendant

Job Description
Position: Golf BeverageCart Attendant
Department: F&B/GolfClub

Primary Responsibilities:
•Sellrefreshments from the movable Beverage Cart on the Golf Course(s).
•Preparefood and beverage items for sale and consumption when assigned to Halfway Houseand Snack Bar
•Meet and greet guests
•Read and analyze startersheets
•Know the courses and be able to assist anyone on thecourses
•Know where to get information needed
•Stocking and keepingtrack of inventory
•Use Point of Sales computer system
•Clean andmaintain facilities]
•Make change

Normal Working Hours: (Shift,days)
•10 hours per day in season between 7:00am-6:00pm, weekends andholidays required

Past Work Experience Requirements :
•Public relations experience
•Food and beverage preparationand service experience preferred

Educational Requirements:
•High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred

Communication Skills Requirements:
•Ability to anticipate guest needs and respondaccordingly
•Communicate effectively with guests and staff
•Ability togive and receive accurate information from guest, rangers, professional staff,and starters in a timely manner

Technical Requirements: •Operate P.O.S(Point of Sale)
•Possess basic math skill to include making change in atimely manner
•Knowledge of the game and etiquette of golf preferred

Required Supervision:
•Must be able to work independently

Other Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age
  •Able to problem solve andremain calm under pressure
  •Must be able to adapt tochange
