What You'll Do

• Provide advanced perioperative care as a First Assist RN during surgeries
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Assist surgeons in operative procedures, maintaining a sterile environment
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgery
• Maintain meticulous documentation of procedures and patient care
• Adhere to all hospital policies and safety protocols
• Support other OR staff and participate in team efforts to ensure smooth operations

What You Need

• Valid Massachusetts RN license
• Certified as a First Assist Nurse or relevant experience
• Minimum 2+ years of acute care RN experience, preferably with OR/First Assist background
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to start immediately and work scheduled shifts
