What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to critical care patients in a 20-bed unit
- Maintain patient safety and comfort through detailed assessments and interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient progress accurately and timely
- Follow hospital policies and safety protocols
- Escort patients within the facility and assist during emergencies as needed
What You Need
Required:- Valid Massachusetts RN license
- Minimum of 1 year critical care experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work days, 8-hour shifts
- Familiarity with hospital Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
- Certification in ACLS, BLS
