Salary Range: $56,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Zeeland region seeking HR Generalists. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidatesnot just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer full-cycle recruitment for production and skilled trades positions.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee HRIS data integrity and generate reports for workforce analysis.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding and conduct orientation sessions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Support performance management processes, including reviews and goal setting.
• Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state labor laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA).
• Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of employees.
