Position Overview In the role of an Account Associate at the Pam Johnson State Farm Insurance Agency , your contribution is integral to our daily operations and the satisfaction of our customers. Your responsibilities involve fostering strong client relationships and facilitating communication between customers and various agency departments to enhance their experience. By actively promoting relevant products and services, you play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' lives. We want you if you can simplify intricate information to make it accessible to clients and position it to attract ideal candidates who can synthesize this information. NOTE: This is an in‑office position. Active Arizona Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License with insurance sales and/or service experience required. Schedule MON – FRI 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with 1 hour lunch. SATURDAYS 9 AM to NOON rotating with other team members. May work 1–2 Saturdays/month. If a Saturday is worked, then 3 hours off is allowed to be taken during the week. Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Meet needs-based sales goals. Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of client interactions. Qualifications Active Producer Property & Casualty License Required Insurance Sales/Service Experience Required Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening Self-motivated Detail-oriented and able to multitask Proficiency in recognizing needs and effectively engaging in solution-oriented sales Dedicated to customer service Ability to contribute to a high-performing team environment Ability to effectively relate to a customer Life and Health license (must have or be able to obtain within one year of employment) Employment Details This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must successfully complete applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
