Position: Physical Therapist (Outpatient) Location: Lakewood, WA Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday | Day Shift Sign-On Bonus: $7,500

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting in Lakewood, WA, focusing on one-on-one, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care
• Educate patients on recovery and prevention
• Collaborate with the clinical team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in WA
• Experience in an outpatient setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage caseload independently
• Commitment to patient-centered care
