Job Description Microsoft Power Platform Solutions Analyst Position Summary Our client is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Solutions Analyst to help modernize and automate key PMO processes through Microsoft technologies. This individual will partner directly with PMO leadership to design and implement workflow automation, executive dashboards, financial reporting, and AI-driven productivity solutions utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys solving business problems through automation and can quickly deliver production‑ready solutions. Responsibilities Design and develop executive‑level Power BI dashboards that provide real‑time visibility into: Program health Portfolio KPIs Financial metrics Delivery status Operational reporting Build and optimize Power Automate workflows to streamline: Approval processes PMO communications Contract review workflows Business process automation Notification and routing processes Evaluate opportunities to leverage Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI capabilities to automate PMO operations. Partner directly with PMO leadership to understand business challenges and rapidly develop automation solutions. Translate manual reporting into scalable Power BI dashboards. Create reusable workflow templates and automation standards. Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform Advanced experience developing Power BI dashboards Strong experience building Power Automate workflows Experience with Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook integrations Strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow optimization Experience gathering requirements directly from business stakeholders Excellent communication and consulting skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio Experience implementing AI‑enabled workflow automation PMO or Project Management Office experience Experience building executive reporting and portfolio dashboards Experience supporting enterprise transformation or ERP programs Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Gravity IT Resources is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
