Our team is looking for an MRO Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join them. You will report to the Warehouse & Planning Manager and will have an onsite work structure in Miramar, FL .


To be considered for the MRO Shipping and Receiving Specialist opening, here's what you'll need to bring with you:


• 1+ years of experience in aerospace MRO or similar warehouse environment


• Achieve Forklift Certification within 90 days of employment


• Familiarity with ATA 300 requirements


• Previous warehouse shipping and receiving experience


• Ability to read, interpret, understand, and apply warehouse standards


• Effective verbal communication, ability to read, write, and comprehend English


• Analytical and Reasoning Ability, Problem Solving


• Ability to read/understand bill of materials


• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite


As an MRO Shipping and Receiving Specialist , you will:


• Be responsible for all aspects of support for shipping and receiving activities within the14 CFR part 145 Repair Station.


• Be responsible for the setup, support, and improvement of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul) warehouse shipping and receiving function.

• Provide cross functional support as needed in all areas of the business


• Ensure accurate and on time completion of shipping and receiving tasks, including but not limited to packing, sorting, counting, and inspecting aircraft parts and related material handling and administrative tasks.


• Receipt, inspection, acceptance, or rejection of all goods into facility. Acting as "gate keeper" for the business in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.


• Packing and shipment of aircraft parts and components per requirements and ATA 300 standards


• Ensure timely and accurate communication across all functions as needed


• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition, complying with all safety requirements


• Maintain segregation of materials as required


• Interact with freight carriers to support receipt and shipment of goods


• Perform material transactions in ERP environment


• Perform visual inspection of incoming and outgoing material


• Continuously improving efficiency and quality to achieve key metrics, including always ensuring 6S


• Manage multiple activities and overall workload while consistently meeting commit dates.


• Perform other Duties as required

Compensation Pay Range

$20.00 - $23.00/hour, based on experience
