Human Resources Director

Our executive search firm is conducting a search for a luxury flagship hotel property renowned for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic, event-driven environment. Overview: The Human Resources Director will lead initiatives in all areas of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and organizational development. Overseeing the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process of the property, the ideal candidate will foster a positive workplace culture, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Responsibilities: Develop and execute HR strategies that support the organization’s mission and overall business goals Advise executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and talent initiatives Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent Lead succession planning and career development programs Resolve employee conflicts and manage disciplinary actions Evaluate employee satisfaction and engagement through surveys Design and manage performance appraisal systems Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs Conduct market analysis to ensure equitable pay structures Maintain HR policies and procedures and conduct regular audits Manage workplace safety and workers' compensation programs Oversee HRIS systems and data management Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation Prepare HR metrics and reports for senior leadership Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field At least eight years of progressive human resources leadership experience Experience working in a large-scale hotel or resort environment with a substantial employee base Knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development SHRM-SCP or PHR certification is a plus --- #J-18808-Ljbffr Bristol Associates, Inc. - Executive Search
