Key Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, diagnose, and design treatment plans for patients based on comprehensive assessments of injuries, diseases, and disabilities using established physical therapy modalities.
• Engage in direct consultation and education sessions with patients and their caregivers to promote understanding of therapy protocols and rehabilitation goals.
• Document patient progress meticulously and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and nursing staff, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, including preparing for utilization review audits and managing departmental operations.
• Supervise and mentor physical therapy assistants, aides, and students, ensuring high standards of care and education are upheld throughout the department.
• Contribute to program development and marketing strategies aimed at enhancing referral bases and departmental objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role requires expertise in treating a broad spectrum of patients, including neonates, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations. Qualifications

• A valid state Physical Therapist license.
• A Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Two years of relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient therapy settings, particularly in handling a varied patient caseload.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
