Body Dynamics Physical Therapy & Wellness is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time Physical Therapist to enhance patient outcomes at our outpatient clinic in Orlando, Florida. Work Environment

This position is onsite at our modern outpatient office in Orlando, Florida, where you will be surrounded by a team of experienced healthcare professionals committed to excellence. You will work Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of patients to develop personalized treatment plans based on their unique conditions and goals.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing diverse modalities tailored to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and rehabilitation strategies that emphasize non-surgical methods, educating patients on the importance of lifestyle choices.
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately using EMR systems, such as Web PT, ensuring meticulous care continuity.
• Develop and lead tailored fitness and wellness programs aimed at improving strength, flexibility, and overall physical function.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Continuously evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes for each patient.
• Foster a motivational environment, inspiring patients to stay committed to their recovery journey and health goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse clientele, including athletes recovering from sports injuries, individuals with chronic pain, and post-operative patients seeking to restore function. By focusing on each patient's unique journey, you will help them navigate challenges while developing lasting skills for improved health and wellness.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• An active physical therapy license from the state of Florida, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• A solid understanding of various manual therapy modalities and rehabilitation principles.
• Ability to design and implement effective exercise programming strategies tailored to individual patient needs.
• Demonstrated proficiency with electronic medical records systems, particularly Web PT, for maintaining accurate patient documentation.
• Knowledge of the latest physical therapy techniques and methodologies, supported by ongoing education.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in outpatient physical therapy settings, with a strong emphasis on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Experience working within a collaborative healthcare environment, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• A proven track record of improving patient outcomes through personalized care plans and therapy techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
