Sensual Orthopedic Physical Therapy, PC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team full-time at our rehabilitation center in Orlando, Florida. This role entails providing specialized and individualized care to patients, aimed at restoring motion, improving quality of life, and enhancing overall mobility. Work Environment

This position is onsite at our well-established rehabilitation center located in vibrant Orlando, Florida. We offer a collaborative workplace where every team member contributes significant value to our collective mission. The work schedule is from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, promoting a healthy work-life balance while meeting the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and functional limitations to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor therapeutic exercises and treatments, ensuring adherence to the best practices in orthopedic care.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and manual therapy techniques to improve patient mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and promote healthy lifestyle choices to foster long-term wellness.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment efficacy using EMR software, particularly Web PT.
• Continuously assess and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes for each patient.
• Actively participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to collaborate on patient care strategies and share insights with fellow healthcare professionals.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their therapeutic journey to maintain adherence to their prescribed exercises and lifestyle modifications.
• Keep updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy techniques to offer evidence-based care.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinic protocols and operational efficiencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals requiring orthopedic rehabilitation due to sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, post-surgical recovery, and mobility impairments. We emphasize a patient-centered approach, tailoring interventions to meet the specific goals and needs of each individual, which plays a significant role in their recovery success.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, free from sanctions or board disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional knowledge of orthopedic therapies and manual therapy modalities.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficient in using EMR systems, especially Web PT, for efficient practice management and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in physical therapy.
• A proven record of developing and implementing effective exercise and rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
