Key Responsibilities

• Effectively assess and address the unique goals and needs of each patient to create tailored treatment plans.
• Manage a patient caseload efficiently—treating one patient per hour while delivering high-quality care.
• Utilize your experience in orthopedic settings to provide comprehensive physical therapy services, focusing on rehabilitation and functional recovery.
• Implement cost-effective treatment strategies aimed at enhancing range of motion and mobility.
• Minimize reliance on prescription medications by exploring alternative therapeutic modalities.
• Continuously devise and adapt individualized care plans employing multidisciplinary treatment approaches.
• Design and recommend personalized fitness and wellness regimens aligned with patients' specific abilities and goals.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and motivate clients to fully engage in their rehabilitation process.
• Encourage lifestyle modifications that promote overall fitness, enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Monitor progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and maintain transparent communication with patients and their families.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment services thoroughly to comply with industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, injuries, and surgeries who seek to regain full functionality and enhance their quality of life. By employing a patient-centered approach, you will work closely with individuals of varying ages and backgrounds, providing empathetic care tailored to their unique recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• A valid state license as a Physical Therapist is required.
• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Exemplary professional record free from board or disciplinary actions.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a solid understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation principles.
• Exceptional skills in developing and executing exercise protocols tailored to patient needs.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically WebPT, to efficiently manage patient records.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred, demonstrating strong clinical skills in this specialty area.
• Experience with multidisciplinary team collaboration to optimize patient outcomes.
• Adeptness in utilizing contemporary treatment modalities and techniques to enhance patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
