Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, gathering pertinent history and performing specific assessments related to orthopedic conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, incorporating patient and family involvement in goal setting for optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
• Utilize evidence-based protocols to deliver effective treatment sessions, adapting to each patient's evolving needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, detailing patient interactions, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care and address any changes in patient conditions as they arise.
• Engage in community outreach and hospital marketing initiatives to promote clinic services and educate the public about physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is a plus.
