Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations for pediatric and adult patients to assess their individual needs.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with each patient's goals and objectives.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress using our electronic record system, ensuring that all SOAP notes and progress summaries are completed in a timely manner.
• Adjust treatment strategies based on ongoing assessments of clinical signs and patient feedback to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy processes and recovery expectations, empowering them with knowledge and resources throughout their journey.
• Meet minimum utilization goals and contribute to business objectives through effective service delivery.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with peer therapists and multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated care for clients receiving multiple services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse population, offering care to clients ranging from children to seniors, inclusive of various racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to treat a wide range of orthopedic conditions, from post-surgical rehabilitation to sports injuries, adapting your approach to meet the specific needs of each individual. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is a minimum requirement; however, a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is highly preferred.

• Willingness to conduct evaluations and provide therapy both in person and via telehealth as clinically appropriate.

Compensation and Benefits
