Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, utilizing standardized assessment tools to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patient needs, focusing on pain relief, mobility restoration, and functional independence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes through coordinated care and shared expertise.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about treatment processes, providing guidance on home exercise programs and self-management strategies.
• Document patient progress meticulously in electronic health records (EHR) to ensure compliance and facilitate communication with healthcare providers.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will primarily focus on a diverse patient demographic. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
