Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee physical therapy treatments focused on preventing disabilities, relieving pain, and optimizing muscle function based on patients' individualized care plans.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations using diagnostic and prognostic tests for muscles, joints, and functional abilities to assess each patient's level of function.
• Supervise and mentor physical therapy assistants in the implementation of treatment plans, ensuring compliance with best practices and standards of care.
• Engage with clients to evaluate their home environments and develop strategies to enhance their independence and mobility.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapies, and interventions involving the application of physical agents, tailoring these approaches to suit individual patient needs.
• Compile and maintain accurate clinical records, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to evaluate and adjust comprehensive treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Educate clients and families on the use and care of physical therapy devices and manage their overall treatment programs effectively.
• Document clinical notes and submit necessary orders promptly in line with branch policies, contributing to seamless operations.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
