Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on physician referrals and clinical assessments.
• Provide therapeutic interventions using a range of techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service by building rapport with patients and actively engaging in their recovery process.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance patient outcomes through regular case discussions and shared insights.
• Incorporate evidence-based practices into daily care to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in treatment.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and the importance of adherence to prescribed therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will work with a diverse client base, treating patients with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid State License as a Doctor of Physical Therapist.

• Current CPR certification.
