Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Concentra Rehabilitation Center, your responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients referred by physicians to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions at patients' homes, ensuring adherence to physicians' care plans.
• Utilizing various modalities and techniques to facilitate recovery and improve patient function across specialties such as orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
• Monitoring and documenting patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Providing education and support to patients and their caregivers about therapy processes and self-care strategies.
• Delivering excellent customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and foster trust.
• Meeting established utilization goals and contributing to team objectives that align with the organization's mission.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with adults and children recovering from various physical ailments, surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. Qualifications

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.

• Proficiency in word processing and computer skills to maintain accurate patient records.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in physical therapy is required, candidates with specialized experience in home health care, orthopedics, pediatrics, or neurology will be given preference. A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is a significant advantage, as is a keen understanding of evidence-based practice methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is USD 100,000 – 110,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package. Our offerings include:
