Work Environment

As part of our Orlando team, you will work in a state-of-the-art outpatient clinic equipped with the latest therapeutic tools and technologies. Key Responsibilities

In your role as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients referred by physicians, ensuring alignment with their specific needs and treatment goals.
• Utilize advanced treatment techniques and therapeutic modalities for conditions such as post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain management.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service while maintaining clear and effective communication with patients and their caregivers.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes, utilizing evidence-based practices in every aspect of care.
• Document treatment progress and outcomes meticulously to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facilitate continuity of care.
• Provide ongoing education to patients and their families about their condition and the importance of adherence to the rehabilitation process.
• Achieve minimum utilization goals and support overall clinic performance metrics.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patient population you will serve includes individuals with a variety of orthopedic conditions, ranging from post-operative patients to those needing rehabilitation for sports injuries and chronic conditions. Our focus is on establishing trust and rapport with each patient, enabling them to overcome challenges and achieve their functional goals through tailored rehabilitation strategies.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in word processing and comfortable using electronic medical records systems.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
