Work Environment

This full-time position involves onsite work in our outpatient office, where you will interact directly with patients during scheduled appointments. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify individual patient goals and requirements for tailored treatment plans.
• Manage a caseload of patients, typically treating one individual per hour, ensuring focused and personalized care.
• Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services in an orthopedic outpatient setting, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment interventions.
• Implement cost-effective treatment modalities to improve patients' range of motion and overall mobility.
• Work to minimize reliance on medications and explore non-invasive alternatives to surgical interventions.
• Create and execute comprehensive care plans that integrate a variety of therapeutic techniques and methodologies.
• Design customized fitness and wellness programs aimed at enhancing patients' physical health and functionality.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality care and positively influence patient outcomes.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their rehabilitation process to achieve their functional goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily focus on serving patients who require orthopedic rehabilitation, many of whom are recovering from sports-related injuries, post-surgical procedures, or chronic pain conditions. Our patient population is diverse, catering predominantly to those with private insurance, which allows us to dedicate our time and expertise to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services tailored to each individual's needs. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state license for practicing Physical Therapy in Florida.
• Clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques essential for patient treatment.
• Strong capability in developing and implementing effective exercise protocols for rehabilitation.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, to streamline patient documentation.

Preferred Experience

We are seeking candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience as a Physical Therapist, specifically in an orthopedic outpatient setting. Additionally, a background in sports medicine or advanced rehabilitation strategies will be highly regarded, allowing you to make immediate contributions to our team and the community.
