Description

• Conduct evaluations for patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments and create customized treatment plans.

• Participate in care team discussions and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure cohesive patient care.

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist .
• CPR certification is preferred.
