Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized patient care by assessing, planning, and implementing tailored rehabilitation programs to meet each patient's unique health objectives.
• Manage a balanced caseload to ensure thorough attention can be devoted to the recovery of each patient.
• Utilize expertise in orthopedic conditioning to facilitate effective rehabilitation for a diverse patient population.
• Incorporate cost-effective treatment strategies focused on restoring movement and enhancing physical function.
• Prioritize non-surgical treatment options to help patients minimize dependency on medications.
• Develop and execute comprehensive care plans that utilize various treatment modalities, promoting holistic wellness.
• Create fitness and wellness initiatives specifically designed to address patients' individual needs for strength, balance, and coordination.
• Provide evidence-based interventions to ensure effective patient outcomes and foster an environment where patients feel motivated and encouraged.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare providers to promote continuity of care and an integrated approach to rehabilitation.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, documenting all findings accurately in our EMR system.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient center primarily serves a diverse range of patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative conditions, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• An active and clean Physical Therapist license from the state of Florida (FL), free from sanctions or disciplinary action.
• A strong foundation in manual therapy techniques and the ability to develop and implement effective exercise programs.
• Proficient with electronic medical records, specifically using software such as WebPT for accurate documentation and patient management.
• Exceptional knowledge of current physiotherapeutic modalities, demonstrated through research-backed evidence.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting is a plus, highlighting your capabilities in creating and supervising rehabilitation plans.
• Expertise in developing wellness programs that incorporate preventative care strategies.
• Familiarity with working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and expertise.
