Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and re-evaluations, interpreting results accurately while staying within the scope of your licensure.
• Perform appropriate chart reviews and data collection to ensure comprehensive patient assessments.
• Collaborate effectively with medical professionals, case managers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to discuss patient history, needs, and treatment plans.
• Demonstrate an understanding of complex medical diagnoses, interpreting laboratory and radiology results, and identifying contraindications and precautions.
• Develop, implement, and refine individualized treatment programs for diverse patient populations, including orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric cases.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and engage with staff therapists to address challenging cases, ensuring optimal care delivery.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year , reflecting your expertise and caseload management.
