Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations, develop customized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapies for patients referred by physicians.
• Collaborate with a diverse healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal treatment outcomes.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques and modalities, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education, to facilitate recovery.
• Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with patients, caregivers, and fellow staff members to enhance the overall treatment experience.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to adapt to individual patient needs.
• Engage patients in their recovery journey through motivation, education, and the development of personalized goals.
• Participate in clinical discussions and contribute to ongoing improvements in practice protocols and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Convivial, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, sports-related conditions, neurological disorders, and pediatric concerns. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• State License as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively relate to patients and colleagues.
• Proficient in electronic health record systems and comfortable using technology to enhance service delivery.
• A strong commitment to helping patients exceed their functional goals through therapeutic interventions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with a range of patient specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Previous involvement in community outreach or patient education initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships within the community and healthcare ecosystem.

Compensation and Benefits
