Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions to establish personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, education on posture and body mechanics, and the use of assistive devices.
• Document patient progress meticulously in alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational standards. This may include tracking treatment outcomes and adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance treatment efficacy and provide holistic care.
• Effectively communicate treatment goals and progress with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure understanding and compliance.
• Stay informed on developments in physical therapy by attending workshops, seminars, and pursuing continuing education opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits
