Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients and develop individualized therapy plans focusing on early intervention and prompt evaluations.
• Manage clinical outcomes by closely monitoring patient progress and addressing outlier cases in collaboration with staff therapists, ensuring the best possible care.
• Implement workflows designed to optimize the patient experience, from the initial referral processing to scheduling appointments efficiently.
• Promote a collaborative atmosphere within the team that emphasizes teamwork and highlights the importance of quality care and patient safety.
• Engage with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to identify and execute clinical improvement opportunities, enhancing service delivery.
• Foster positive relationships with local employers, referral sources, and insurance payers through regular communications and networking initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient demographic, including those recovering from surgeries, managing chronic conditions, and seeking rehabilitation post-injury. Understanding the unique needs of each patient is essential, enabling you to create personalized care strategies that prioritize their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Current and active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist is essential.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changes in patient needs and operational workflows.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities, with a commitment to enhancing patient outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings is highly desirable.
• Additional certifications such as in manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, or specialized treatment techniques are a plus.
• Proven track record in managing diverse caseloads and achieving positive patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

The offered salary range for this role is between USD 120,000 and 130,000 annually , commensurate with your experience and caseload management.
