Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients referred by physicians, utilizing thorough assessments to identify their unique needs and establish comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and deliver a variety of research-driven therapeutic interventions, ensuring a patient-centered approach throughout their recovery journey.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both patients and caregivers, enhancing their experience and fostering trust in the healing process.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes while adhering to evidence-based protocols and guidelines.
• Offer in-home therapy options, demonstrating skilled care to facilitate patients' functional improvements as aligned with their physician's directives.
• Educate and empower patients and their families through consultations and training sessions, helping them understand treatment plans and recovery strategies.
• Meet established utilization goals while contributing to the overall effectiveness and growth of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinicians have the opportunity to treat a diverse patient demographic encompassing various specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. By engaging with each patient's specific needs, you will be able to create a meaningful impact in their recovery and overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy in Florida.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in computer programs for documentation and data entry.
• The ability and desire to build strong relationships with patients to help them achieve their functional goals.
• A proactive mindset to connect positively with individuals and foster community relationships.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a clinical outpatient setting preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in managing diverse populations and a variety of orthopedic conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 to USD 100,000, commensurate with experience and performance. Additional benefits include:
