Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients referred by medical professionals to determine their physical therapy needs.
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, ensuring that each plan aligns with physicians' directives and patient goals.
• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities tailored to treat various conditions including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related injuries.
• Demonstrating exceptional customer service and fostering an inclusive environment that encourages patient participation in their rehabilitation process.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient care and outcomes, actively sharing insights and evidence-based methods to enhance recovery pathways.
• Educating patients and their caregivers, ensuring they understand the treatment process and the principles behind their care.
• Meeting utilization targets and contributing to the overall performance metrics of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele ranging from young athletes recovering from sports injuries to elderly patients overcoming functional limitations. Qualifications

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must possess:

• A Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida.
• Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills complemented by proficiency in basic computer applications.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of practical experience in physical therapy, showcasing a solid track record of successful patient outcomes. Compensation and Benefits
