Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Physical Therapist, you will:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement comprehensive treatment programs tailored to the specific needs of patients referred by physicians.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to treat individuals with a broad spectrum of conditions, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related injuries.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service, ensuring that each patient feels valued and supported throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to optimize treatment outcomes, sharing knowledge and strategies that enhance patient care.
• Educate and empower patients and their caregivers with knowledge about recovery processes and injury prevention techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired functional outcomes.
• Meet established productivity and utilization benchmarks while contributing to the overall effectiveness and growth of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population includes individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and various chronic conditions. You will work directly with patients of all ages, leveraging your expertise to create personalized rehabilitation experiences. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy in Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from a recognized body, such as the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in computer applications relevant to therapy documentation and patient management.
• A commitment to developing strong relationships with patients and contributing positively to their recovery and health outcomes.

Preferred Experience

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting. Experience working with various demographics and diverse patient needs, including specialized treatment modalities, is highly valued. Compensation and Benefits

Synchrony Rehabilitation Center offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 – $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes:
