Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial patient assessments to evaluate their physical conditions, medical history, and functional abilities, providing a solid foundation for personalized care.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each patient's specific needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Administer hands-on treatment techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities to promote physical recovery.
• Educate patients and their families about custom home exercise programs, strategies for injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications to support ongoing wellness.
• Consistently monitor and document patient progress, assessing the effectiveness of treatment plans and making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses, to ensure cohesive and coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical records in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality in documentation.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices, integrating new methodologies and evidence-based techniques into patient care.

Qualifications
