Active Life PT is seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic outpatient clinic team located in Sanford, Florida. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life through personalized therapeutic interventions. Work Environment

Our facility is designed for outpatient therapy, equipped with the latest technology and rehabilitation tools. The clinic has an inviting atmosphere where patients can feel comfortable while receiving treatment. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work regular hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and individualized care to each patient, focusing on their unique treatment goals and functional needs.
• Maintain a manageable patient caseload to ensure thorough attention and quality interactions with clients.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic and outpatient physical therapy to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and exercise regimens, optimizing each session for better patient outcomes.
• Focus on cost-effective treatment options while promoting non-surgical alternatives to reduce medication reliance.
• Track and assess patient progress through regular evaluations, modifying treatment plans as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
• Document all services provided meticulously using EMR software, specifically WebPT, to maintain accurate patient records.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a positive atmosphere for healing and recovery.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals within our clinic to provide a comprehensive care approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a diverse patient demographic, including individuals recovering from sports injuries, post-surgical patients, and those with chronic conditions. Your ability to create customized fitness and wellness programs will directly impact how effectively our clients can recover and enhance their physical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active Physical Therapist license in Florida with a clean history free from sanctions or board proceedings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of manual therapy techniques and exercise program development.
• Experience working in an outpatient setting with a focus on orthopedic conditions.
• Ability to document treatment plans and patient records effectively using EMR systems, emphasizing accuracy and timeliness.
• Strong foundation in research-supported physical therapy practices and techniques.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient clinic setting, preferably with a focus on sports medicine or rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practice methods, ensuring the use of cutting-edge treatments that lead to optimal patient outcomes.
• Exceptional communication skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate with the healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
