Work Environment

In this position, you will work onsite, primarily in the homes of patients across Sanford. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, developing customized treatment plans based on best practices and patient goals.
• Implement various treatment modalities across a range of specialties such as orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine, adapting techniques as necessary for home care settings.
• Deliver high-quality therapeutic services that adhere to established care plans, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and patient safety in every interaction.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program is required.
• Current state license to practice physical therapy in Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to foster clear and effective interactions with patients and their families.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with electronic health records (EHR) platforms.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
