Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Periscope, your role will encompass a variety of critical tasks, including:

• Directing and implementing individualized physical therapy treatment plans aimed at preventing disability, alleviating pain, and restoring physical function.
• Supervising and guiding Physical Therapy Assistants in the execution of therapy plans to ensure compliance with treatment goals.
• Assessing patients' functional abilities through diagnostic and prognostic tests to inform treatment modifications.
• Evaluating the home environment to recommend adaptations that enhance patient independence during rehabilitation.
• Administering therapeutic exercises, administering treatments such as traction and massage, and providing education and training to clients and family members.

• Engaging in interdisciplinary team meetings to contribute insights that shape holistic patient care strategies.
