Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify patients' specific goals, needs, and functional impairments.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices to improve patients' range of motion and functional ability.
• Manage a caseload of approximately one patient per hour, ensuring optimized treatment time and quality of care.
• Provide cost-effective, alternative treatment options that reduce dependency on medication and prevent surgical interventions.
• Incorporate a variety of treatment modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
• Collaborate gracefully with other healthcare professionals, engaging in multidisciplinary discussions to facilitate holistic patient care.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes, monitor progress meticulously, and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of patient care delivered, ensuring compliance with documentation standards and insurance requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current, valid licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, with a preference for WebPT.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
