Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or enduring chronic pain in an orthopedic context.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that employ a variety of therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, specifically tailored exercises, and modalities to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress carefully, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure continuous improvement and attainment of therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment objectives and methodologies, as well as how to use assistive devices effectively to promote independence.
• Engage in regular reassessment of patient needs, setting new goals, and modifying treatment strategies in response to progress and setbacks.
• Stay abreast of industry developments by attending workshops, participating in professional organizations, and accessing current literature to enhance personal and professional skills.

You will work with a diverse population that includes children and adults experiencing various orthopedic issues, from post-surgical recovery to chronic musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• Active Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid state license to practice Physical Therapy in Florida.

• Strong organizational skills and the capability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team within a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in the use of computer software for documentation and communication purposes.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic rehabilitation setting is highly desirable; however, new graduates with a strong clinical education background are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits
