Work Environment

Our outpatient office in Sanford offers a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for both patients and staff. The clinic operates from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based physical therapy interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Manage a reasonable patient caseload, ensuring adequate time and attention for high-quality care and effective treatment outcomes.
• Leverage expertise in orthopedic outpatient therapy to design and implement comprehensive rehabilitation plans incorporating various therapeutic techniques.
• Utilize non-surgical treatments to minimize reliance on medications, emphasizing holistic healing approaches.
• Motivate and empower patients throughout their recovery journey, providing support and guidance to foster adherence to treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to enhance patient care coordination.
• Continuously evaluate each patient's progress, adjusting treatment plans based on their response to therapy.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of treatment services using EMR software, particularly Web PT, ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
