This full-time role will focus on providing exceptional care to patients while advocating for their rehabilitation and recovery journeys. Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Sanford, Florida. Our clinic is equipped with advanced therapeutic tools and technologies, enabling our team to deliver high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Your work week will consist of Monday through Friday shifts, totaling 40 hours, allowing for work-life balance while maintaining a vibrant clinic atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their movement and functional capabilities.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of each patient, ensuring alignment with the physician's plan of care.
• Deliver high-quality therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment strategies as necessary to adapt to their evolving conditions.
• Engage in thoughtful consultations with patients and their caregivers, providing education on techniques and exercises that promote recovery.
• Collaborate effectively with a broader rehabilitation team to align treatment goals and coordinate care for complex cases.
• Meet established utilization goals and contribute to overall clinic objectives through patient engagement and outcome tracking.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will have the rewarding opportunity to treat a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing orthopedic injuries, pediatric conditions, neurological disorders, and sports-related rehabilitations. Your ability to connect and build relationships with patients will be crucial in helping them exceed their functional goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required; however, a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Current state license in Physical Therapy for Florida is mandatory.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective patient and team interactions.
• Proficient in computer applications and word processing; able to maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a rehabilitation facility or outpatient practice is highly desirable.
• Prior experience working with a multi-disciplinary team in a patient-centric care model is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to your base salary, Powerback Physio Healer LLC provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
