Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation facility as a full-time team member. Work Environment

As an onsite Physical Therapist at our rehabilitation facility, you will work within a collaborative team of three other experienced therapists. Our work environment is dynamic and supportive, encouraging innovation and teamwork to ensure each patient's optimal recovery. The facility primarily serves patients with commercial insurance and private pay, enabling us to maintain a high standard of personalized care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patients' individual rehabilitation needs and establish personalized care plans.
• Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions, seeing one patient every 40 minutes, and offer evidence-based treatments focused on restoring motion and function.
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques and modalities, adapting approaches based on patient response and progress.
• Create and implement fitness and wellness programs that promote strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination tailored to each patient's goals.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to optimize patient care and ensure a multidisciplinary approach to rehabilitation.
• Monitor progress, document patient care accurately, and communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment plans.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their journey to recovery, fostering a positive and proactive attitude toward rehabilitation.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with new treatment practices and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse patient population, including athletes recovering from sports injuries and individuals seeking rehabilitation for post-surgical recovery or chronic pain management. Your expertise will be critical in helping patients achieve their personal best in movement and function, contributing to improved overall health and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• A valid Florida State license to practice Physical Therapy.
• At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting, with experience in orthopedic rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong understanding of treatment practices and the ability to adapt interventions based on individual patient needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Experience treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions, including sports-related injuries and post-operative rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically Athena Health.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth in the physical therapy field.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, depending on experience. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
