Work Environment

Your typical work schedule will run from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life that supports your personal commitments while focusing on patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Establish and understand the unique needs of each patient, formulating personalized treatment plans that align with their objectives and lifestyle.
• Manage a caseload with an average of one patient per hour to ensure individualized attention and optimal outcomes.
• Implement innovative, cost-effective physical therapy treatments to improve patients' range of motion and functional abilities.
• Utilize a comprehensive set of therapeutic techniques and methodologies unique to orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Encourage a proactive approach to health by designing and delivering wellness programs tailored to each patient's specific goals.
• Document patient progress meticulously while maintaining effective communication with patients and their families, enhancing overall care coordination.
• Constantly evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as necessary to ensure desired recovery trajectories.
• Collaborate and consult with multidisciplinary team members, including physicians and specialists, to align treatment goals for the best patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (Master's or Doctorate preferred).
• Current license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida, with no record of board or disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design.
• Experience in utilizing EMR Software, specifically WebPT, to manage patient documentation and progress tracking.
• Exceptional communication skills to coordinate with patients, families, and healthcare peers.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance processing and patient billing systems.
• Proven track record of administering innovative therapeutic approaches that yield positive patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
