Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans aimed at addressing patients' specific rehabilitation needs, enhancing mobility, and improving quality of life.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities using evidence-based assessments, enabling informed diagnosis and planning.
• Manage and supervise the activities of Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure the execution of prescribed therapy protocols according to best practices.
• Document patient progress meticulously through clinical records, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, while adhering to OASIS standards.
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare practices, physical therapy home programs, and the use of assistive devices.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to contribute to case conferences and adapt treatment plans based on ongoing patient evaluation and progress reports.
• Make recommendations for adaptations in the home environment to enhance patient safety and independence.
• Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate functional capabilities and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize rehabilitation efforts.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely submission of clinical and payroll records as per company policies.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, demonstrating empathy and support throughout their rehabilitation journey.

The patient demographic at Vitality Physio-Rehab Center is diverse, encompassing individuals recovering from surgical procedures, chronic illnesses, neurological conditions, and orthopedic injuries. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.

• A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
