The role of Physical Therapist is based in our state-of-the-art outpatient clinic located in Sanford, Florida. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Comfort Orthoprime Clinic, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough consultations with patients to assess their physical conditions, history, and symptoms to inform diagnosis.
• Utilizing your clinical expertise to diagnose movement dysfunctions and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Instructing patients in therapeutic exercise techniques and ensuring they perform these accurately to promote healing and recovery.
• Administering hands-on treatments, including massage and manual therapy, to alleviate pain and facilitate rehabilitation.
• Guiding patients in the safe use of mobility equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers, and crutches during their recovery journey.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate patient records, tracking goals and progress to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Providing education and support to patients and families regarding in-home treatment options and exercises to encourage ongoing wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a wide array of patients, ranging from pediatric to geriatric populations, each presenting unique challenges and requirements. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals recovering from sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, neurological disorders, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree. A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida is also required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for educating patients and collaborating effectively with team members. Proficiency in word processing and the use of electronic medical record systems is expected, as you will be responsible for maintaining and updating patient documentation.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred. Candidates who are highly flexible and agile in adapting to diverse patient needs and treatment strategies will thrive in this role. Compensation and Benefits
