Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each patient, focusing on rehabilitation from orthopedic conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the patient's level of function and identify specific rehabilitation goals.
• Apply diagnostic tests to evaluate muscle, nerve, joint, and functional abilities to guide treatment decisions.
• Oversee and instruct Physical Therapy Assistants in the execution of treatment plans to ensure the highest standard of care.
• Introduce patients and their families to therapeutic exercises, motivating and guiding them in both manual and non-manual regimens.
• Administer therapeutic modalities such as heat, cold, massage, and traction as part of the treatment protocol.
• Make prosthetic and orthotic recommendations based on clinical assessments.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records, including initial evaluations, care plans, and progress notes necessary for patient documentation.
• Engage actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment approaches in collaboration with other health professionals.
• Educate patients and families on home strategies to enhance therapy outcomes and facilitate their recovery process.
• Continuously assess and refresh treatment plans based on patients' evolving conditions and satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and other musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapies and practices.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
