Work Environment

You will work a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Go Motion Physical Therapy, you will:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by effectively managing the therapeutic process for your caseload, in coordination with physicians and the patient care team.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to promote goal achievement, active engagement, and positive therapeutic outcomes.
• Oversee and provide the majority of physical therapy interventions, ensuring patients receive comprehensive support throughout the continuum of care.
• Execute evaluations and therapeutic interventions consistent with established laws and professional ethical standards.
• Regularly assess and evaluate each patient's therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status while participating in the ongoing development of their total plan of care.
• Deliver skilled therapeutic care in the clinic, utilizing a range of techniques and procedures that align with the physician's treatment plan.
• Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and the use of therapeutic appliances and devices for effective home care.
• Manage your caseload efficiently by determining daily staffing needs and coordinating patient assignments to optimize workflow.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily works with adult patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. You will be instrumental in working with individuals to restore mobility, enhance physical function, and improve overall quality of life. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field, ensuring a solid foundational knowledge in therapeutic practices and patient care.
• A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida, demonstrating compliance with regulatory requirements.
• At least two years of experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably with an orthopedic focus, showcasing your competence and clinical skills.

Compensation and Benefits
