This position will be based onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Sanford, Florida. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at The Joint Physical Therapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating, planning, and implementing tailored treatment programs for patients referred by their physicians, focusing on effective recovery paths.
• Administering evidence-based therapeutic interventions for diverse patient populations, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Exhibiting excellent customer service while fostering strong relationships with patients, helping them to achieve and exceed their functional goals.
• Engaging in collaborative care, working alongside multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and continuously improve therapeutic interventions.
• Providing education and guidance to patients and their caregivers on rehabilitation processes, exercises, and wellness strategies.
• Maintaining utilization goals and contributing to overall business objectives to enhance operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA- or CAPTE-approved program.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• An American Heart Association Basic Life Support Certification.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for patient interaction and documentation.
• Proficiency in computer systems and word processing software.

Compensation and Benefits
