Work Environment

You will work in a supportive, collaborative setting within our outpatient clinics, surrounded by a team of skilled healthcare professionals who share a common goal of enhancing patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations by reviewing medical histories, performing assessments, and developing tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• Clearly communicate evaluation results and treatment plans to patients and their families, actively involving them in the goal-setting process.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols while regularly assessing patient progress and adapting care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care, ensuring seamless communication regarding any changes in patient condition.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, including evaluations, treatment notes, and discharge plans, while adhering to evolving healthcare regulations.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills to meet departmental productivity expectations and maintain a punctual schedule.
• Actively participate in marketing initiatives to enhance community awareness of rehabilitation services and support team efforts to eliminate barriers to patient access.
• Engage in continuous education and professional development activities, serving as a mentor and clinical instructor to students.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at our center, you will primarily work with a diverse group of patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will have the opportunity to provide targeted interventions aimed at restoring mobility, improving strength, and enhancing overall functional capabilities of your clients. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
