Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients receiving home care, determining their specific rehabilitation needs and creating tailored treatment plans.
• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, such as exercise routines, stretching exercises, hands-on manual therapy techniques, and the use of therapeutic equipment to alleviate pain and support mobility.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that goals are being met in accordance with the patient's personal recovery journey.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on effective self-care techniques and the proper use of assistive devices to promote independence and enhance quality of life.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and responses to therapy, demonstrating adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Stay current with the latest developments in physical therapy practices through ongoing education and professional networking.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Motion Care Rehab Center, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes children, adults, and elderly individuals dealing with various diagnoses. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• A valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including:
