True Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. Located in Sanford, Florida, this role focuses on providing exceptional in-home care to patients requiring rehabilitation services. Work Environment

As a full-time physical therapist at True Solutions, you will work onsite in a home care setting. This unique environment allows you to provide personalized care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. You will engage with a diverse patient population, helping those with orthopedic issues, post-surgical recovery, or chronic conditions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify functional limitations and disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the patient and their families.
• Provide consultations to other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and effective patient management.
• Maintain high standards of customer service while interacting with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately to comply with legal and professional standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians and support staff, to enhance patient care quality.
• Participate in community outreach, quality improvement initiatives, and marketing activities to promote the practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through continuous education and training.
• Manage departmental resources efficiently and supervise assigned support staff, fostering a cohesive team environment.

Qualifications

• You must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.

• Proficiency in computer skills, including word processing and electronic health record systems, is necessary for accurate documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
