Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute treatment programs that encompass rehabilitative care for a wide range of conditions, ensuring effective recovery paths for each patient.
• Provide education to patients and their caregivers about treatment goals, techniques, and at-home exercises to reinforce in-clinic progress.
• Assess patient progress regularly and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to maximize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to all regulatory and organizational standards.
