Work Environment

This role is onsite at our busy Rehabilitation Center in Deltona, offering a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere. The work schedule follows a Monday to Friday format, encompassing a total of 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Redeemer Physical Therapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of new patients referred by physicians, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs and conditions.
• Utilizing a variety of treatment techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional movement strategies, aimed at restoring mobility and reducing pain.
• Providing education and training to patients and their caregivers about therapeutic exercises and strategies to manage their conditions outside of therapy sessions.
• Documenting patient progress meticulously to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Collaborating closely with a multi-disciplinary team, sharing insights and best practices to enhance patient recovery efforts.
• Meeting utilization goals and contributing to organizational objectives by actively participating in quality improvement initiatives within the rehabilitation center.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience
